Because we are owner-managed, we have a non-traditional approach to Property Management. Traditional 3rd party management is focused on sheer profitability. Our primary focus is on the success of our employees and creating the best home for our residents.
WHERE WE WORK
Operating in 27 communities, throughout seven states, we are consistently developing properties in new markets where there is a clear lack of quality senior apartments.
